Raft will accept cancellation of an order where the purchaser has contacted Raft by email no later than 24 hours after the transaction was made, on the condition that the order has not already been processed and posted. Cancellations received after this time or after the order has been posted may be required to comply with our Returns Policy where the transaction has been processed and goods have been shipped.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Please make your purchase carefully as we only offer a refund or exchange on an incorrect choice or cancelled order where Raft has agreed to a refund or exchange and the items are returned under the following conditions:
– All items are received by Raft within 30 days of the date of purchase;
– All items are returned undamaged, unused and with all original packaging in tact;
– All items are returned with the original purchase receipt; and
– The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage and all risk of damage or loss until the exchange item has been delivery to Raft.
Raft is obliged to offer a refund or exchange to customers where the items are deemed faulty. Refunds can only be made to the credit card or PayPal account used in the original purchase. Raft will be responsible for all postage costs associated with exchanging faulty items.
